Adrian Ferraro (Mussar, 2021) Tet. 5.5" bloom on scapes 32" tall showing 4 way branching and an 18 bud count. It is an early mid season bloomer with semi-evergreen foliage. The flowers are a deep golden yellow with ruffled petals and a small green throat. It comes from a cross of Cantaloupe Stampede x Tax Man Bill. This cross was actually made by a mentor of mine, Bryan Culver and came from some of his surplus seedlings after he had planted as many as he wanted from this cross. I have selected a few seedlings from some of his surplus over the years.
This bright golden sunny flower was selected to recognize Adrian, the son of my Sensei Stephen Ferraro who chose plants to recognize all his family members for the holiday season.
