IN SEARCH OF ANGELS (Stamile, 2002) Tet, 22" EM, 5 ½", Sev.
A spring 2002 from Pat Stamile. This is a sib to AIN'T SHE NICE and comes
from a cross of ROSE FEVER x GREAT WHITE. In his catalogue Pat describes his
surprise with the clear, bright, luminescent colours he was getting from
crossing GREAT WHITE into his pinks. He describes IN SEARCH OF ANGELS as one of
the brightest cerise roses in the garden and says it has the flattest form and
heaviest substance of them all. Best of all, he claims it has deep fluted
ruffling with a wire silver edge. A real beauty and a promising parent!
